Many people want to contribute. Conventional work environments don’t fit everyone. Strengths need structure. Small, practical pathways matter.
Most disabled people are not incapable of work.
They are mismatched to the environments where society expects work to occur.
This is a place for autistic and other disabled people building work that fits how they’re made — and for the families, educators, and small business owners walking alongside them. The focus is on work itself, not job placement: self-employment, family business, creative production, micro-enterprise, cooperative work, and the kinds of contribution that don’t require an HR department to exist.
